Certain fees are non-refundable because they cover work already completed or resources already allocated. These include:

Strategy development
Work already performed, including campaign setup and management
Clients on retainer or subscription plans may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email or letter.
Upon cancellation, any unused portion of prepaid services after the effective cancellation date may be eligible for a prorated refund at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be provided for services already delivered within the billing period prior to cancellation.
Payments made to third-party advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other media buys) are non-refundable once spent or invoiced.
These costs are passed through directly and are beyond our control; refunds for these amounts cannot be issued by Globepath Consultant LLC.
While we employ best practices and industry expertise to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns, outcomes depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, platform algorithms, and competition.
Therefore, fees paid for services are not refundable based solely on campaign performance or the achievement of specific results.

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service charges, please contact us immediately.
We will investigate and resolve any legitimate billing errors promptly, which may include issuing refunds if appropriate.
To cancel services, please notify us in writing via email to support@globepathconsultantllc.online or info@globepathconsultantllc.online.
Upon receipt of cancellation, we will confirm the effective date and discuss any eligible prorated refunds.
Services will continue through the cancellation effective date unless otherwise agreed.
